Huelskamp Endorsed by National Right to Life

DODGE CITY First District Republican nominee Sen. Tim Huelskamp (R-Fowler) announced today that he has received the endorsement of the National Right to Life Political Action Committee. A letter from the organization said that the endorsement reflects Huelskamp's "committment to renewing a culture of life, not only in Kansas, but throughout the nation and in the U.S. Congress."

In response to the endorsement, Huelskamp said: "I'm proud to be supported by National Right to Life. We currently have an administration and a Democratic Congress with little respect for protecting life. It's time we elect leaders who will defend the most inalienable of human rights."

David O'Steen, Executive Director of the National Right to Life PAC, said "[Huelskamp] is a strong advocate for life. You support pro-life legislation and you oppose the use of federal funding for elective abortion. We look forward to working with you to restore legal protection for innocent life."

National Right to Life PAC is just the latest organization to endorse Senator Huelskamp in his race for Congress. Other prominent groups backing Huelskamp include the Kansas Farm Bureau, Kansans for Life, the National Rifle Association, Gun Owners of America, Kansas State Rifle Association, the Club for Growth, Concerned Women for America, Family Research Council, and House Conservatives Fund.
