Huelskamp for Congress is proud to announce the endorsements today of State Senator Ralph Ostmeyer (R-40) and State Representatives Jim Morrison (R-121), Owen Donahue (R-39), Mario Goico (R-100), and Don Schroeder (R-74).
"I've served with Tim Huelskamp in the Kansas Legislature for nine years, and I have never seen a more dedicated public servant -- or a more effective conservative leader," said Senator Ralph Ostmeyer from Grinnell.
This is the first of several announcements of support from Kansas Legislators that the Huelskamp campaign plans to roll out over the next several weeks.
"As a state senator for more than a dozen years, I am honored to have earned the support of some of the most respected Republican leaders in the state of Kansas. These folks are tremendous friends, and I appreciate their support in this race for Congress," said Huelskamp.
Senator Ostmeyer serves as Vice-Chairman of the Agriculture Committee, Representative Morrison is Chairman of the Government Efficiency and Fiscal Oversight Committee, Representative Goico is Chairman of the Joint Committee on Kansas Security, Representative Schroeder is a member of the Taxation Committee, and Representative Donahue is Vice-Chairman of the Economic Development and Tourism Committee.
Huelskamp has also been endorsed by several conservative leaders and organizations, including Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee, Kansans for Life, Concerned Women for America PAC, Rev. Lou Sheldon, Ken Blackwell, Pro-Life Leader Jill Stanek, and conservative leaders David Bossie, Colin Hanna and Phil Burress.
