Kansas State Rifle Association Endorses Huelskamp for Congress

DODGE CITY – Tim Huelskamp, Republican candidate for Congress in the Big First, announced today that he had received the endorsement of the Kansas State Rifle Association (KSRA).

Huelskamp has won every 2nd Amendment endorsement in the race for Congress, having been previously endorsed by both the NRA and Gun Owners of America.

Patricia A. Stoneking, President of the Kansas State Rifle Association, said: “I have worked with Tim Huelskamp to pass pro-gun legislation in Kansas and he is a strong and dedicated advocate for the protection of our constitutional and second amendment rights. He completely understands the concerns of gun owners and seeks to fully protect our rights.”

“Our campaign has great momentum right now,” said Huelskamp. “Kansans are figuring out that I am the only proven conservative leader in this race and the undecided voters are siding with us in droves.”

Conservatives both in Kansas and nationwide have coalesced around Huelskamp’s campaign in recent months. Huelskamp has earned the support of leading conservatives such as Gov. Mike Huckabee, Kansans for Life, the NRA, Gov. Rick Perry, Gun Owners of America, Congressman Ron Paul, Concerned Women for America, and over 30 members of the Kansas legislature.
